Practical information

Prices & cancellation policy

I know that starting occupational therapy is a commitment — of your time, your child's time, and financially too. I want you to understand from the beginning what I'm recommending, what it includes, and what you'll be paying.

Treatment isn't one-size-fits-all. We'll always start by understanding what your child is finding difficult and what kind of support is actually appropriate before deciding on the next step.

Waiting list

There is currently a waiting list for the clinic, with the next available spaces in mid-October.

You are welcome to book a short intro call now and join the waiting list, so we can schedule as soon as a space opens up.

Short series — 6 sessions

₪2,800

Includes:

  • 6 individual treatment sessions with your child
  • 1 parent meeting
  • Ongoing planning and adjustment of the treatment approach based on your child's progress

A good fit when there is one focused difficulty to work on, or when you'd like to start small and see how your child responds to therapy.

Medium series — 10 sessions

Kupat Cholim equivalent

₪4,000

Includes:

  • 10 individual treatment sessions with your child
  • 2 parent meetings during the series
  • Ongoing planning and adjustment of the treatment approach based on your child's progress

This matches the standard series length offered through the health funds, and suits most children who come to the clinic.

Full series — 12 sessions

₪4,800

Includes:

  • 12 individual treatment sessions with your child
  • 2 parent meetings during the series
  • Ongoing planning and adjustment of the treatment approach based on your child's progress

I work in a series rather than treating each appointment as a completely separate session because occupational therapy works best when we have enough time to identify patterns, practise skills consistently and see how your child responds.

The parent meetings are an important part of that process. They give us dedicated time — without your child in the room — to talk about what I'm seeing, what you're seeing at home or school, what is changing, and what we should focus on next.

Evaluation

₪1,800

Before beginning treatment, some children need a more comprehensive evaluation.

The evaluation includes:

  • 2 meetings with parents
  • 1 assessment meeting with your child
  • Review and clinical analysis of the findings
  • A written evaluation report
  • Recommendations and next steps

The goal isn't simply to produce a report. It's to build a detailed picture of where your child is doing well, where they're struggling, and importantly, why.

Continuing into treatment

If, following the evaluation, we decide that your child would benefit from continuing into an individual treatment series, you will receive a 25% discount on the evaluation, credited to the series.

Group treatment series

₪3,800per child

Sometimes the best way to work on a skill is to have another child in the room.

I may recommend pairing two children who are at a similar developmental stage and working on compatible challenges.

This can be particularly helpful when we're working on things like:

  • Social interaction
  • Turn-taking
  • Flexible thinking
  • Cooperation
  • Managing winning and losing
  • Joining and sustaining play
  • Communication during shared activities
  • Applying skills when another child changes the situation

This isn't simply two individual treatments happening at the same time. The interaction between the children is part of the therapy.

Because the pairing needs to be appropriate for both children, each child must first complete an individual evaluation.

Parent meetings are held separately for each family so that we can discuss your child's progress privately and specifically.

Follow-up check-in

₪450per session

Finishing a treatment series doesn't necessarily mean we never need to see each other again.

Sometimes I recommend checking in 2–3 months after the end of treatment to see how your child is managing the skills we've worked on once they've had time to use them independently at home and at school.

Up to 3 follow-up sessions can be booked where appropriate.

These sessions can be used to:

  • Check that progress has been maintained
  • Work through a new difficulty that has appeared
  • Fine-tune strategies
  • Help your child apply an existing skill in a new situation
  • Decide whether any further intervention is needed

Often, a small adjustment is all that's necessary.

Policy

Cancellations

Children get sick. Family plans change. Unexpected things happen.

At the same time, I reserve regular appointments specifically for each child and keep my caseload limited so that families can have consistent treatment times.

My cancellation policy is designed to leave reasonable flexibility for families while protecting appointment availability.

Standard cancellations

  • 72 hours or more before the appointmentNo payment is due
  • 24–72 hours before the appointment50% of the session fee is due
  • Less than 24 hours before the appointmentThe full session fee is due

When your child is sick

I don't want parents feeling that they need to bring an unwell child to therapy simply because they're worried about a cancellation fee. For cancellations specifically because your child is unwell:

  • 6 hours or more before the appointmentNo payment is due
  • 2–6 hours before the appointment25% of the session fee is due
  • Less than 2 hours before the appointment, or a no-showThe full session fee is due

This additional flexibility is there because I know children can become unwell very quickly.

At the same time, please let me know as soon as you realise your child won't be able to attend. An appointment cancelled at very short notice usually can't be offered to another family.

Please don't bring an unwell child to therapy

If your child is sick, please keep them home.

Apart from the risk of passing an illness on to me and to other families, a child who feels unwell is unlikely to get much from their treatment session.

If your child arrives visibly unwell, I may decide that the session cannot go ahead. I reserve the right to end an appointment on arrival or within the first 15 minutes if it becomes clear that your child is too unwell to participate and should not have been brought to the clinic.

In this situation, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the full session fee will be due.

If you're unsure whether your child is well enough to come, message me beforehand and we can decide together.

Receipts, reports & insurance

Due to recent changes affecting reimbursement for private developmental treatments, in most cases treatment with me is not eligible for reimbursement from your Kupat Holim.

Some families may be entitled to reimbursement through private health insurance.

I can provide receipts and relevant treatment or clinical reports where needed.

Because every policy is different, I recommend checking eligibility and documentation requirements directly with your insurer or insurance broker before beginning treatment.

Nothing here constitutes a guarantee of reimbursement eligibility. Eligibility is determined solely by your insurer or health fund.

Not sure exactly what your child needs? You can start with a conversation.

You don't need to diagnose the difficulty yourself. You can simply describe what you're seeing, and we'll start from a shared understanding of whether an occupational therapy assessment or treatment is appropriate.
